You'll have full access to Velocloud Orchestrator and to the Aegis Performance Monitoring Dashboard along with custom dasboarding and reporting.

Can I make changes myself, or is it fully managed?

Your choice! Aegis is typically delivered as a co-managed service where we work from a custom playbook co-developed with you. However, if you want us to take complete ownership of the SD-WAN or SASE stack for you we are happy to do so.
